The government of  Telangana on Tuesday, April 10 have announced the scheme Telangana Private Teachers 2000 Scheme under which Rs 2000 financial assistance and 25 KG Rice every month will be given to the teachers and other staff members of the recognized private institute and private school. As the second wave of covid 19 had hit the country restrictions are being imposed in the Telangana state. Schools and institutes are being shut again. Following which the teachers teaching in these private schools have to sit at home and they don’t have any other source of income. They are suffering financially. To aid these people the state government has launched the scheme Telangana Private Teachers 2000. Under the scheme, private school teachers of state will be accommodated financially and in addition to that govt will also provide ration to these people. The scheme will be run from April until schools and other educational institutes reopen.

To take benefit from this scheme the eligible candidate must apply for the same in either offline or online mode. They can contact the district collectorate with their concerned bank account and other relevant information.

  • Amid the constant rise in covid cases, the Telangana state has decided to shut down all the schools and educational institutes for a few months.
  • This move affects the private school employee as they don’t have any other source of income however to aid these people government has launched the Telangana Private Teachers 2000 Scheme.
  • Under the scheme beneficiary will receive a financial aid of 2K and 25 KG of rising from April onwards till the state schools reopened.
  • To get the benefit of the scheme candidate has to apply online or in offline mode.
  • Officials also have to upload the beneficiary database between 10th April to 14th
  • The scrutiny and grievance redressal should be done between 16th April to 19th

  • The scheme aims at providing assistance and helps at least 50 lakh teaches and other staff members of private educational institutes.

Eligibility Criteria for Telangana Private Teacher 2000 Scheme
  • The person applying as the beneficiary for the scheme must be a permanent citizen of the Telangana State.
  • He or she must be a staff member associated with recognized private schools and other educational institutes.
  • Government school employees are not eligible for this scheme.

    Sir a few teachers ifsc code was entered wrong and afew teachers have given old ifsc code .we got a call from school saying our application got rejected .once again we have checked out all the documents and resubmitted the ifsc code correctly on 22nd of April but we didn’t get the amount .sir please help us really we are in need and when can we expect the amount .

    Second phase also started, still I didn’t receive any amount. My all colleagues got the amount of Rs.2000/-My name was shortlisted for 25kg rice, but not for Rs.2000/-
